Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy applies to the VPN87 marketing website, user panel, and subscription services. It explains what data is processed, why it is processed, and how to request its deletion. Third-party payment pages and other external services are governed by their own privacy policies. Please review those policies before submitting information.
Account Data and Purposes
VPN87 does not require an email address. You can create an account with a username and password; an email address is not required to activate the service. Account data is used to verify your identity, manage subscriptions, and handle account requests. Passwords should not be stored in plain text or sent through support tickets.
Order records include the selected plan, amount, payment status, and associated transaction identifiers. They are used to confirm entitlements, verify payments, and process refunds. The user panel may store subscription status, data usage, and reset status for plan billing. These records do not include details of websites visited.
When you submit a support ticket, VPN87 processes your description of the issue and any attachments you choose to provide to investigate the problem and respond. Please share only what is necessary. Before sending screenshots, cover passwords, sensitive payment details, and complete subscription links.
Scope of the No-Logs Policy
VPN87 does not keep logs of the websites users access through the subscription service, create browsing histories, or retain connection logs that can be linked to an individual’s browsing activity. Destination websites, request content, and details of individual connections are not retained as routine operational records.
Account status, order records, and data usage are needed to deliver and bill for the service; they are not browsing logs. If troubleshooting requires client error messages or diagnostic information, users should submit it voluntarily, and it will be used only to investigate that issue. General inquiries do not require a complete browsing history.
Website Analytics and Local Storage
Website analytics help us understand how pages are used, identify broken links, and improve workflows. They may involve page paths, referring pages, and browser and device types. This information relates to website visits and does not represent browsing activity on subscription routes.
Cookies and local storage may be used to maintain login status, remember language preferences, and save necessary interface settings. Analytics may also use browser identifiers to distinguish visits. Analytics should not include passwords, authentication credentials, or complete subscription addresses.
You can restrict cookies or clear this site’s stored data in your browser settings. After clearing it, you may need to log in again and reselect your preferences, but this will not automatically delete account or order records on the server. When you finish using a shared device, log out and clear stored data as needed.
Third-Party Payments and Data Disclosure
VPN87 supports Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Payments are handled by the relevant third parties, which may collect information needed for transactions under their own policies. VPN87 uses payment results and transaction identifiers to verify orders and does not ask you to submit your payment account password in a support ticket.
VPN87 does not sell account data. If disclosure is necessary to complete a payment, handle a service request, or meet applicable legal obligations, only information relevant to that purpose will be processed. Before opening a third-party page, check its source and information-handling notice.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account data is retained for as long as needed to provide the service and manage the account. Order and transaction verification records are retained as required for financial recordkeeping, dispute handling, and applicable laws. Support ticket attachments and website analytics are kept only as long as needed for their purposes, then deleted or de-identified. Indefinite retention is not the default.
To access, correct, or delete your data, log in to the user panel and submit a request through the support ticket portal, specifying what it concerns. VPN87 will verify account ownership. If information must be retained by law or relates to an outstanding transaction, VPN87 will explain why. Deleting your account may affect subscription management, so first confirm which order details you still need to keep.
Policy Updates and Questions
Changes to this policy will be published on this page, and the month at the top will be updated. Significant changes to the purposes or scope of data processing will be announced on the site or in the user panel. The new version explains the updated practices; existing data will not automatically be used for purposes unrelated to its original purpose.
If you have questions about this policy or specific data handling, contact us through a support ticket in the user panel. For service use and refunds, see the Terms of Service and Refund Policy. Privacy requests are handled as described on this page.
