Find Routes for Your Use Case

Route Topology

Reliable During Peak Hours

Buffering during evening peak hours is not always caused by a slow local connection. Congestion, packet loss, and route changes along international links can all affect sustained transfers. When comparing routes, first distinguish IEPL dedicated lines, relayed routes, and direct connections, then compare playback under the same device and network conditions. An IEPL dedicated line can be a useful starting point for extended viewing; relayed routes let you compare different paths, while direct connections depend on your local network. Route types are a reference, not a guarantee of results on every connection. Keep a route that works during testing to avoid interrupting playback with repeated switches.

Regional Libraries

Streaming Access

When looking for a title, first check which regional library carries it, then choose a route for that region. This is more useful than looking at country names alone. Netflix, Disney+, and YouTube have different content catalogs and playback requirements; account region, subscription status, and device capabilities can also affect access. The VPN87 Route Guide is organized by region to help you keep track of frequently used connections. After connecting, check the title directly on the platform. Regional detection and licensing can change, so the homepage preview does not guarantee that every title will always be available or replace a platform subscription.

Work Access

Direct Access to AI Tools

When using ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini, a consistent access region is generally preferable to frequently changing your exit location. First check which regions the tool supports and whether your account is eligible, then choose a suitable route. Once login, chat, and file operations work, keep that connection for your work. If you see an access notice, check your account status, the platform's rules, and network connectivity separately rather than assuming the route is always the cause. VPN87 provides international routes; account, subscription, and usage permissions are determined by each platform.

Choose a route based on what you need to do: find the library region for streaming, check a work tool's supported regions, or start with a frequently used route for everyday browsing. A country name identifies the exit region but does not tell you the actual path to your network. Even in the same region, performance may vary by route type. If you encounter buffering, compare routes under the same conditions; changing your client, network, and region all at once makes it difficult to identify the cause.

The table below provides lookup links for popular regions; it does not promise availability for cities or streaming results that have not been verified. In the dashboard, first check the current route name and type, then verify content on the target platform. Licensing, account settings, and platform detection can all affect results. If a route opens a webpage but will not play a title, check the platform account and title's region separately instead of simply reconnecting.

Clients and Subscription Setup

Supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Sign in to the user dashboard to retrieve your subscription.

To get started, create an account with a username and password; no email address is required. In the user dashboard, review plans, get the client for your platform, and follow the instructions to retrieve your subscription. The client handles the connection, while the subscription provides the route details linked to your account. Installing the client alone does not complete the connection. Import your subscription, choose a route, then check the result on a website or with an actual streaming task.

Clients for Windows, macOS, Android, and Linux are available after signing in. The iOS download option depends on dashboard eligibility and requires a purchased, unexpired plan. Interfaces vary by platform, but the steps are the same: get the client, import your subscription, choose a route, and verify access. If your device can open regular websites but not the tool you need, check the guide first. If the issue remains unclear, submit a dashboard ticket with your operating system, the client message, and the steps you have tried. Do not include your full subscription details.

Monthly Plans and Data Packs

Estimate your monthly usage, then choose between data that resets monthly and data packs that never expire.

For regular use, start by comparing monthly plans. ¥9.9/month includes 60GB, suited to browsing, research, and text-based tools. ¥18/month includes 250GB, a useful option for frequent streaming and multiple devices. ¥28/month includes 500GB for higher data needs. These are general selection guidelines, not fixed estimates of viewing time: video quality, file sizes, and background activity all affect usage.

Monthly data resets each month on your activation date, not on a calendar-month schedule. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days; check the order details shown in your dashboard before making changes. All plans allow unlimited simultaneous devices, so compare data allowances with your usage habits rather than treating price tiers as different device limits. Payments are accepted via Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. The refund policy is 14 days; see the plans page and applicable policies for full details.

FAQs Before You Get Started

Get clear on accounts, devices, streaming libraries, and refunds before you begin.

Do I need an email address to create an account?

No email address is required. Create an account with a username and password. Keep your account details secure, and manage your plan, subscription, and support tickets through the user dashboard. Creating an account and starting a plan are separate steps. You can review plans and client information in the dashboard before choosing what suits you.

Can I connect multiple devices at the same time?

Yes. There is no limit on the number of devices online at once. Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux are supported; install the appropriate client and import your subscription on each device. Device count and data allowance are separate: keep an eye on plan usage and background transfers when using multiple devices. Check your usage in the dashboard.

Will connecting to a Japan route guarantee access to a particular title?

No. A region name alone cannot guarantee access. Licensing, platform region detection, account eligibility, and playback devices can all affect the result. Check which library carries the title, choose a route for that region, and try playing it. For higher-resolution playback, also check your platform subscription and device support. A network subscription does not include streaming memberships.

How do I choose between a monthly plan and a data pack?

Monthly plans include 60GB for ¥9.9/month, 250GB for ¥18/month, or 500GB for ¥28/month; data resets monthly on your activation date. Data packs cost ¥158 / 300GB, ¥358 / 1000GB, or ¥658 / 3000GB, last until used, and never expire. Compare monthly plans for regular use or data packs for occasional use. The two options have different billing periods.

What if the service isn't a good fit? How do I request a refund or get help?

VPN87 offers a 14-day refund policy. Sign in to the user dashboard to submit a refund request or describe a connection issue through a support ticket. See the refund policy and terms of service for details. When reporting a problem, include your platform, the service you're trying to access, any connection message, and the steps you've tried. Do not send your password or full subscription details.
